Mark Lyford is a driven entrepreneur and self-taught marketer with a diverse background in marketing and entrepreneurship. With over 30 years of business experience, Mark has built a robust online presence and has been involved in various industries over the years.
Mark’s journey began in earnest in 1997, when he ventured into the adult entertainment industry. At the height of his career, he lived in The Bahamas with his wife and first son, enjoying his success while managing more than 32,000 websites. In 2002, after a challenging period that led to bankruptcy and even a prison sentence, Mark returned to the UK determined to rebuild his life and career.
Over the years, Mark has transformed his internet business through hard work, dedication, and innovation. He currently operates a Bitcoin and cryptocurrency brokerage and trading business, and he is a publisher, marketer, and public speaker, backed by a loyal team. Mark has spoken globally on subjects including business, online marketing, Bitcoin, and blockchain technology.

Mark’s passion for racing pigeons began at the age of 12, and by 17, he was running a full-time racing pigeon brokering and sales business. After 27 years, Mark returned to the sport in 2019 with a vision for its future. He aims to make RacingPigeonInternational.com and its sister site PigeonWorld.net global resources and social networks, and ultimately establish a small breeding stud to compete in major one loft races worldwide.
In 2023, Mark expanded his involvement in the pigeon community by entering the roller pigeon sport. He currently manages a network of pigeon-related websites, including:

Mark resides in Ashby de la Zouch, in the Midlands of England, with his girlfriend Gabi, their six dogs, racing pigeons, roller pigeons, fancy pigeons and parrot Harry. He is a proud father to two sons, James (22) and Alexander (19). (Zandie races his own pigeons and is devoted to the pigeon sport too.)
